Yet again we are delighted to praise the workmanship and efficiency of Oakleaf Building Contractors. Steve updated our kitchen, fitted double oven, cupboards and replaced old hinged door with new modern sliding interior one. Also modernised our bathroom by fitting new double ended bath and new washbasin and floor standing bathroom unit.

All work carried out to an excellent standard by this company. We recommend Oakleaf Building Contractors to anyone and everyone, we would not consider employing any other company for work in our home. We have been using Steve Vickery’s services for years and will continue to do so.

Due to family medical emergencies I’m just now posting. We hired Steve and his crew last autumn to build an extension to our home. We are happy to say that we are very pleased with our beautiful extension and they did a great job! Due to scheduling the job couldn’t start until Nov 2017 and then we had to deal with weather and the holidays. Everything was on schedule except when the weather was really bad and that was beyond anyone’s control. The crew was prompt, very hard working and courteous. There did seem to be a slight communication issue at times but it wasn’t anything serious. Everything was done to a good standard and we are very happy with the results! If we ever need any other type of building done they will be the first ones we call!

I can highly recommend Steve, Tom and their team, they did 3 patios, built walls and made our garden look great. Any problems were sorted out quickly. Great bunch of lads. Would use this company again.

 These are solid, hardworking builders who did everything I asked of them, on what I considered a fair sized contract. From start to finish, the job went mostly as planned, except for weather, which is no-one’s fault. . Would hire again & recommend. All things that people fear about builders, I didn’t have any such problems here, & a solid part was the communication. They always answered my many queries, & never left a text hanging. All extra work asked of them was taken on & completed at decent, competitive rates. Am very pleased with the result, & it’s been finished a few months now, so have had good time to let it all settle.
